Traditionally, 19th December (St. Nicola’s) is a Sports Day in our school, because a large number of students and teachers have a day off as it is their family Saint’s day. This time, apart from football and volleyball, the PE teachers chose skiing. Depending on the level of expertise students had two options: to learn to ski and to correct their technique. This track is interesting both for experienced skiers and beginners.

The “New Moment” Gallery opened an exhibition of Henri Matisse which our students visited.

On Wednesday 10th December a group of students visited the Museum of Applied Art. The exhibition “The War and Peace in 1914-1918: represented three basic stages of media development: transfer of information, animation and finally manipulation.

On Monday, 22nd December, inspector Gordana Vujisić delivered a lecture to our pupils on safety on the Internet. She warned the students about the dangers lurking from careless use of the Internet and social networks. She told them how to safely surf the Net and also how to react if they encounter a problem in the sphere of electronic communications.

Tradition is tradition… On Wednesday and Thursday, 17th and 18th December, students had half-term tests in the following subjects: Serbian Language, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, History, Economics and Global Perspectives. The students had the opportunity to summarize everything they had learnt during the first term, test their knowledge and analyze the results with the teachers.
