Our art students visited an exhibition named Vollard Suite by a famous painter Pablo Picasso in Knez Mihajlo street on 22 March. The exhibition consists of 100 graphics made between 1930 and 1937. They are  consider to be the most important graphics of this painter.

Igor Ril, chief editor at National Geographic Serbia visited our school on 22 March.He talked about the process of making a magazine stories, which are real research projects. We were very surprised by the way photos are taken, and the selection of them.

Today’s lecture was dedicated to the CITES (The Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) activities, was very intresting. Someone found it pleasurable,  others thought it was entertaining, and those brave ones it was unforgettable. Pavle Jovanovic, a CITES official, gave an profound and inspiring lecture. The topic was Preservation and protection ofendangered species and wild animals trafficking.

Our school had its representative, as every year, at the Serbian Philosophy Olympics, whish is equvalent to National Competition in philosophy. The competition is organized by Serbian philosophy association and High school from Pozarevac.

We included our dear guests from Russia in our cultural orienteering on 7th March, 2017. Meet the city so you could like it better! We started the walk in front of St Sava’s church. We went on to the Museum of Nikola Tesla where we were thrilled with the talk by an energetic and interesting guide. The practical part of the visit was interesting to us all. The next point was the house of Ivo Andrić, the hotel Moscow, SANU, Kalemegdan, where students got the tasks.
