Students of the higher grades of primary school, together with high school students saw the premiere of the new French film “A Bag full of memories” at this year’s FEST.

It is about the highly adventurous drama based on the memoires in the form of a novel by a Parisian Jew Joseph Joffo, translated into more than 30 world languages.

The film is about the struggle of two brothers for bare life during the Nazi pogrom in the World War II.

We visited the 45 International FEST on 24th February. This year’s film festival slogan was Open your eyes! We chose the film “the Queen of Spain”. We enjoyed the film. Although we did not expect anything special, we were pleasantly surprised. The main actress Penelope Cruz is the queen in every possible sense. Energetic, free-minded, courageous, rebellious….her beauty was extreme. The film is very interesting and we recommend it to everyone.

During the second term we are continuing with our visits to the beneficiaries of day care Čukarica. In the second term we went there once a week, sometimes in their day care, and sometimes at our school. We had a range of joint activities that we enjoyed. Drawing, singing, dancing to the DJ Steve’s music, and various sports activities.

After the charity work which helped us prepare New Year’s presents for our friends from home “Dragutin Filipović Jusa“, we continued our friendship in this term as well. The pleasure was mutual! We were happy to see one another. Although they are younger than us (they are 3 to 7 of age), we had a great time in joint activities. This time we drew, sang, laughed and talked in their home, but when the weather gets better, it is our plan to be their hosts at our school.

The Ruđer orienteering team conquered the ski path today. The maps and check points were given by our associates from AOK Košutnjak. The start and the finish were at the control tower and there were frequent check points in between.

Tifani and Mitra were the winners with an excellent result 5.38. When we came back from the training, were smiling again.
