On Thursday, 17th September 2015, III and IV grade pupils went to Zasavica. Zasavica is situated near Sremska Mitrovica. We saw a number of different farm animals, patted horses and watched people fish. Later on we took a boat ride through the marsh. Our guide Miša told us a lot of interesting things about the plants and animals which live there. We had a delicious meal on the farm and plazed football and other games after that.

On Thursday our youngest pupils visited farm Stremen near the village of Jakovo. The farm was full of fun and interesting things but everyone preferred horse riding. The children rode April, an eighty-year-old mare. The pupils visited the stables and saw a lot of beautiful horses and heard many interesting things about these kind and gentle animals. We spent the rest of the day playing on the playgrounds and enjoying nature.

On Thursday, 17th September we had a fun and recreational afternoon for V to VIII Grade pupils of our school. VIII Grade pupils had orienteering in the centre of Belgrade. Accompanied by their teachers they met many important locations and heard about some interesting historical facts. The starting point was the Pionir Park, аnd the finishing point was Kalemegdan with its lovely view of the confluence of the Sava and the Danube.

''Ruđer Bošković'' Educational system organized a reception for the new generation of first grade pupils as well as the first generation of our IB Programme pupils, PYP 2 and Grade 1. The pupils and their parents were welcomed by our General Manager Mladen Šarčević, Primary School Principal Gordana Petković Srzentić, lower grade teachers and all their new teachers. There was also a special performance by the last year first grade pupils for our new friends.
