On Wednesday, 9 May, a traditional Rudjer Fest event was held in the premises of the Rudjer Boskovic Primary School. Before the very beginning of the Fest, we enjoyed the play "Cocktail Fairytale" performed by the members of the PYP drama club who showed us their luxurious acting talent. Traditionally, numerous experiments in the fields of biology, chemistry and physics, as well as models and artworks made by our students at design and art classes, were exhibited.

On Thursday, 26th April, the fifth-grade students celebrated their growth and learning in the first five years by holding the PYP Exhibition. During the school day, the school community members and the guests from the International School of Belgrade had the opportunity to see the opening ceremony and the presentations of students’ inquiry projects undertaken in March and April.

Students from our school took part at the 14th International festival of children's creativity "CREATIVE MAGIC". Andrea Baltic and Nadja Bilic were among the young learners who were commended at the state level of the competition.

On 19 April 2018 grade 9 students watched the theatre play “Zona Zamfirova” at the Terazije Theatre. The musical is based on Stevan Sremac’s novel “Zona Zamfirova”. The students had the opportunity to hear the Prizren-Timočki dialect in this play, and also to review the characteristics of the musical as a musical genre. Luxurious voices, great music, persuasive acting and unusual dramatic crafts left a strong impression on our students and teachers.

Vuk Stefanovic Karadzic is one of the most famous personalities of our culture. His work on the reform of the alphabet, the effort to introduce the national language into literature and culture, the hard work on collecting, classifying and publishing the corps of folk literature, the vividness of his narrative gift - have permanently marked our culture.
