On the first private high school football tournament our Ruđer team did not reach the final round. They finished after the group round where they drew 4:4 with the team from Savremena High School and lost the other match played against the Vasilije  Ostroški team 3:6.

The experimental lesson in the first year of high school dealt with phraseologisms from Greek mythology. We combined Serbian and Latin and gained new knowledge about Greek heroes. Achaeans are not to be trusted when they bring gifts. We were able to overcome the only week spot, Achilles’ heel, with new insight and knowledge.

The Museum of Banjica concentration camp was visited by a group of our High school students on 26/10/2016. The biggest concentration camp in war-stricken Serbia from 1941 to 1944 is a cultural monument and museum today.  The room formerly known as the death room was turned into a memorial room with possessions of former prisoners exhibited. We were truly touched by the letters of the prisoners written to their loved ones.

Students who are interested in current issues in the area of ecology and environment conservation visited the Eco Fair. Through a number of presentations given by domestic and foreign companies which deal with recycling, we were introduced to a new way of processing raw materials in the world. We saw what happened to used plastic bottles and how polyester is made.

In the restaurant of Kamp Košutnjak , as a part of CAS activities, (Healthy vs. Junk food) a food preparation contest took place as a part of marking the World food day. Four teams were competing for first place…
