On the occasion of reading Laza Lazarevic's story “The Wind” the second grade students made a workshop on Tuesday, 10 April 2018. We combined the knowledge we have gained so far from Serbian language and literature and Psychology. We talked about "sticky" parents and about the qualities that parents need to have. The main participants in the discussion were boys. Sharing very mature ideas and insights, the boys showed that they understood what parenthood is.

Today is Wednesday, 11 April 2018. A wonderful day for our orienteering hike ‘Meet Belgrade’! Six teams (combinations of elementary and high-school students) - six different tasks. Very demanding criteria: find a location, make an art photo, learn a short story and answer the jury's questions and, of course, think about the time and orient in space. The announcement of the winner will be next Wednesday. Teachers Katarina B. and Katarina U. have a very difficult task.

The third year students of our school visited the Rowing Club "Red Star" at Ada Ciganlija, where, with the help of the instructor, they could learn the basics of rowing in the boat for beginner rowers called 'Galija'. The crew of the twelve boys had good concentration and team spirit.

Interdisciplinary cooperation between the teachers of English and Serbian reached the final phase on 15 March 2018. The students presented their research on the topics related to the novel from this year's reading list, The Animal Farm, which they read both  in English and Serbian.
