On Monday, 22^nd December, inspector Mrs. Gordana Vujisić delivered a lecture to our pupils on safety on the Internet. She pointed out the ways in which the Internet and various social networks can pose a threat to the safety of children on the Internet. Pupils heard about different cases of children endangering themselves on the Internet because of curiosity and inexperience. The inspector advised the pupils not to communicate with anyone who they do not know in person and she told them how to protect their profiles on social networks, forums and other Internet locations in order to unable strangers from misusing their photos or video clips as well as to protect themselves from potentially dangerous individuals. She said that they should immediately talk to a teacher or parents if they are asked to do something inappropriate or unusual.
