The municipal competition in mathematics was held on February 25^th,  at the primary school "Vuk Karadzic" in Sremčica. Our school was represented by students of the third grade Andrej Nesterenko and Luka Vučkovic; fourth grade students Hara Ljapis, Ognjen Srzentić, Andrej Ivanić and Uroš Golubović; fifth grade students Luka Janković and Filip Dimitrijević and sixth grader Mia Trifunović. Luka Janković and Mia Trifunović had direct placement in the municipal competition due to the last year's accomplishments, while other students achieved the best results in the school competition and thus qualified for the further level of competitions.

All the students demonstrated outstanding knowledge at the municipal competition and proved that they are among the best. We praise all the students for the participation in the competition and we hope they will continue to foster a competitive spirit and love of mathematics. Special praise for success and a high place in the rankings goes to Andrei Nesterenko, Luka Janković and Mia Trifunović. We wish all the students success in the upcoming competitions, especially the students who qualified for the district competition this year.
