Students of Grades 1 and 2 participated in the activity "Be Safe, Be Free" in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior - The Police Station Čukarica.

This activity included two stages - going to the police station and training the students in the school premises.

At the police station, students had the opportunity to see and try police equipment, to talk to the police officers, see how fingerprints are taken, as well as to sit in police vehicles and play the sound of a police siren.

The second part of the activity that took place in the school campus comprised the training of students by the traffic police on proper behavior of pedestrians in traffic. On that occasion, the students could look at various illustrations and watch a cartoon about the correct crossing of the street, and then on the improvised pedestrian crossing, by using the model traffic lights, they could practise proper crossing of the street, thus preparing for real traffic situations.
