Literary afternoon with Vulet Žurić
The high school library was a meeting place on 27th September 2018 with our famous writer,a winner of the Andrić Prize, Vulet Žurić. The meeting was organized by school librarian Milena and teacher Katarina. This gathering is planned as a school class. The first graders, as a preparation for this class, have reaad one Zuric's story “Eagles fly again”. The story inevitably lead to author Branko Ćopić whose life Vule has been researching and has written about him. The conversation was pleasant, the author’s story went smoothly and with ease. It reminded us of the importance of the stories and storytelling. And reading. The next meeting with the writer will take place at the Book Fair.
