The guests were welcomed by the Director of Studies at “Ruđer Bošković” Educational Center, Nada Vuković.
The introductory lecture was delivered by Ph.D. Dragan Popadić, professor of social psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade. He talked about family relationships in the period prior to the Second World War until present day and pointed out the transformation visible in how a family is perceived today as well as relationships inside the family. He also talked about the role of a contemporary family in a child’s development.
“If we want to define a family of 21st century, we will never find an appropriate definition.”
