As part of the project initiated by the school parliament, every Friday from 14.30 to 15.10 Chess club will be held by experienced chess players from the Chess Club ‘’Delfin’’ from Belgrade.

The first class in this school year was held on Friday December 11^th. This class served for students to get to know each other, to learn the basic rules of the game, to hear about the history of chess and discuss whether chess is a sport, science or art. We concluded that it is a bit of all three.

Our teacher was Dragan Josipović, chess adjudicator, member of FIDE - Fédération Internationale des Échecs. The most interesting part of class was the chess games we played with expertise advice from Dragan. If you are interested, you can join the club this Friday at 14.30. Everyone is welcomed!
