We marked the anniversary of the end of World War II on 16^th May. All the students took part in the lecture on the topic Fascism now and them. Lidija Protić, history teacher talked about Fascism – its creation, ideology, crimes, followers and consequences. We could recognize the elements of the present in her presentation about the past.

The face of fascism showed in the contemporary world was revealed to us by Ivan Šurlan, teacher of TOK and Global Politics. Short film illustrations about the Auschwitz, burning of books, the Cristal night, Nurnberg trial, the Guantanamo prison, Breivik’s evil deeds – were followed by silence. And with the awareness that fascism is not to be silent about.
