Professor Darko Miletic was our charming guide through the French part of Belgrade on 13th March, 2019. The first point was French cultural center. Lovely Katrin and the center left very good impression on us. The second point was the search for French bakery in Dobracina Street. Unfortunately, it does not exist anymore so we had to find solace in doughnuts we found along the way.

Bogdan Kosutic informed us of the embassy and the monument on Kalemegdan.

MYP 2 and MYP 4 students had chance to meet the Circul d’Art project. The project will be realized within MYP’s Service and action. Our guest was Mrs. Rajmonda Avignon, conceptual artist and the UNDP organization’s expert in the circular economy.

Our school celebrated Saint Sava’s day in a salient way. We started the festivity with hymn and speech that represent the main idea of this festivity. Dancers presented their skills and the acting team astonished us in the play ‘The Lady Minister’. Mrs. Ivana Vukmirica, school manager, gave awards to students who deserved it by learning and well behaving. 31st issue of ‘Sokolske novine’ has been published.

On 12th January high school students spent their Saturday evening in Atelje 212. We watched ‘The spawn of a carp’ and we were well prepared. This Aleksandar Popovic’s play is in our school programme so we revised our knowledge about certain moments in Serbian history. The theatre was full, the actors were excellent and the audience was delighted.

On Monday, December 24th, our school held a round table with Belgrade high school students. This year we talked about the topic "The Man between nature and freedom", and our guests were students and teachers from the Fifth, Tenth and Fourteenth Belgrade High School, as well as students from Techno Art High School.
