Admission requirements and tuition fees

Enrolment is carried out in accordance with the Regulations on enrolment of pupils.

All candidates take a general ability entry test.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ENROLLMENT:

- Application form (provided by the school);
- Copy of a birth certificate;
- School record / certificate from previous studies;
- Diplomas or evidence of results achieved in verified competitions organized by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Serbia;
- Medical certificate (for 1st grade enrolment).

Tuition Fee

The tuition fee, the conditions and terms of payment, as well as the mutual obligations of the signatories are governed by the applicable Ordinance on Tuition Fees, and by the Contract entered into by the School and the Parents (guardians) or third person (institutions etc.).

Tuition fees cover the following services:

- Basic: regular classes, elective courses, optional classes, seminars and research projects, preparatory classes;
- Additional: food, clothes, books, supplies, field trips, visits, excursions.

Clients can additionally arrange for special services such as organized home-school-home transport.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS AND TERMS 

The tuition fee is payable in four equal instalments in RSD equivalent of the price in EUR, calculated according to the mean exchange rate of NBS on the day of payment.

Once set, tuition fees are valid throughout the schooling.

Textbooks

The School provides all the necessary textbooks, manuals and reading material. Courses rely on prescribed national textbooks, whilst foreign textbooks are used for teaching foreign languages.

The school supplies are delivered as a set, for all subjects at the beginning of the school year, albeit the student may contact the School Secretariat throughout the school year to amend the supplies and ask for technical assistance (photocopying services pending teacher approval).

Cooperation with scientific and cultural institutions 

Throughout the year, visits to cultural and scientific institutions are organized, as well as guest appearances by prominent artists and scholars.

Field trips and excursions

During the school year, the school organizes several field trips with different contents and objectives. The school also organizes excursions of varied duration depending on the age of the pupils involved. The School Operation Programme defines the destinations, content and time of excursion with the active participation of the Students' Council and the Parents' School Council.

Health education and care

Health education and care are provided through constant supervision, visiting nurse, medical examinations, educational content and other channels provided  for by the applicable Health Education Programme within the School Operation Programme.

Library

The school library has curriculum defined reading, fiction, reference books, magazines and non-literary materials ( video and audio cassettes, CD releases, etc.). All students and teachers are members of the school library. The usage of the school library is regulated by a specific Ordinance. 

Lockers 

Each student is provided with a locker for keeping his school supplies and textbooks.
The lockers are kept locked, but the contents may be checked by authorized persons.

School Clothing

The primary school provides all pupils with adequate school clothing and physical education sportswear.
Each pupil is required to wear the school uniform.

Meals

Pupils are served with lunch in the school cafeteria according to the predefined schedule and a daily menu. In case of health or religious reasons, the menu can be adapted to the needs of the pupil on the advice of a physician-nutritionist.
Primary school pupils are also provided two snacks a day: during the morning and the afternoon recess.

In all emergency/contingency cases the school shall organize special transport.
