Students of VIII grade had the opportunity to meet Aleksandar Milanović, PhD and lecturer from the Faculty of Philology on 17/11/2016.  The topic was “The history of language and writing system”. Professor Milanović introduced the letters which existed just prior to Vuk’s reform. The students had their names written in old letters.  They searched for the sound changes which were not present in Vuk’s orthography but are a part of the language today. It was interesting, educational, different, and it opened up a new horizon.
