Internacionalni educational system “Ruđer Bošković”   became a CELI exam centre (Centro d'esame CELI)! We have become one of the 325 centres worldwide listed on the website of the University for foreigners of Perugia (www.cvcl.it). This institution has been certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Italy. The certificate has also been recognized by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of labour and Social Affairs. 

CELI (Certificati di conoscenza della lingua italiana) is one of the most prestigious European language certificates. It is one of the qualifications used by foreigners to get entrance into any Italian university or higher education institution. CELI exams are regulated by the standards of ALTE (Association of Language Testers in Europe) and CEF (Common European Framework) of the Council of Europe.
