Within the traditional school action “Be safe, be free“, the youngest students of the primary school “Ruđer Bošković” visited the fire and rescue brigade “Košutnjak” on Monday, 18th April, 2016. The students took a tour of the Fire and rescue brigade premises, they saw the control rooms where emergency calls are made and saw the equipment and uniforms.

They also had a chance to take a ride in the fire truck with sirens on, and witness the fire extinguishing by special foam. The goal was the education of our youngest students about the importance of fire prevention and procedures in the fire extinguishing.
