Students of the first year of the IBDP program visited the Grosoptic factory in Umka on Tuesday, 5 June 2018. This factory has the leading position in Southeast Europe on the market of optics and mineral lens production. Students had the opportunity to get acquainted with the production and business process. The students were guided through the production plant by the production engineer, Miloš Todosijević, and their guide through the company was Vida Jakovljević. At the end of the visit, students discussed the challenges of today's market, positioning, attitude towards competition and development strategies with a focus on the international market with Milivoje Jovanović, sales director.
